House rules

1)

Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. This also applies to smoking at the window. For smokers there is an ashtray and a bench available outside the front door. Please only dispose cigarette butts there. This avoids contamination of the area and reduces the risk of fire.

The rest times between 10:00 p.m. in the evening and 7:00 a.m. in the morning must be observed. During this time, music and noise must be kept to a minimum.

Parties in the apartments are not permitted.

4)

The windows should be closed when leaving the apartment. The windows should not be left exposed for a long time during the cold season. It's better to ventilate for 10 minutes with the window fully open and then close it again.

The apartment door and the house entrance door must be closed when leaving the house for security reasons.

Please only park forwards with combustion engines so that the house wall does not get dirty.

7)

The heating period is between September 15th and May 31st. The radiators are controlled automatically. However, they can be corrected manually as needed. Please then select the desired temperature and not full on or full off. It doesn't work any faster. However, the temperatures are reset to standard temperatures several times a day. Some heaters are set off when window is open.

Please treat the apartment with care.

9)

Collect garbage in the appropriate containers. Instructions can be found later in this folder. Residual waste may only dropped into the black trash cans.

10)

When using the tumble dryer, the water container must be emptied and the lint filter cleaned.

11)

Something breaks sometimes. Please let us know or leave a note on the living room table. Thanks.

12)

Unfortunately I have to mention: Please leave the inventory in the apartment. We have to report thefts.
